This quote is an important reminder that the next time you find yourself comparing your life, your job, your business, your relationships or your holidays to someone else. Just step back, take a second and remember there really is no comparsion as you have lived their journey, just as they have not lived yours. The only person you can compare yourself too is the person you see in the mirrior, you. So make the small shifts, challenge yourself and continue to grow to become the person you want to be , not who someone else is today. 💕💕

So what is in the Empower | Be journal ? 📖 . Wk 1: Move through the Empower and Inspire section. Sit down, grab a glass of wine 🍷 and reflect on the questions. Allow yourself the time and space to do this over the week. These sections are all about you, your values, strengths, excuses, limitations, vision and the words and people that lift and energise you. . Wk 2: Work through Motivate, this is were you set you goal/s for the next 4 weeks. Note your progress and track your habits over the upcoming weeks. Finally, use this week to note how you are currently moving and nourishing your body to bring more awareness and see where shifts can be made. . Wk 3-6: My Journey is where you plan and prep your week, set smaller weekly goals and affirmations. Note gratitude, focus and how you are moving and nourishing your body daily. Finally, reflect on each week to progress into the next one. . This journal is all about you and making small shifts daily to reach your health and wellbeing goals.
